You may purchase our one-of-a-kind expense documentation and expense
reporting web based service for a onetime set up fee of just $495. Our
service is the easiest to use and most practical on the market. Site
owners are able to create a recurring monthly income by building a
client base that uses our exclusive site to document their business
related expenses remotely, as they accrue, from a laptop in a coffee
shop, a business center, a cruise ship, hotel room or iPhone. They can
then run a categorized expense report of their expenses by a date
range of their choice.
Site owners may choose from our library of website templates, or skins,
that best suits their business at no cost. For as little as $395 we
will provide basic changes that promote your specific brand. Reasonable
pricing is available for more complex branding needs. Send requests

The initial purchase price of $495 is partially refundable for five
(5) business days after completing the purchase agreement. Up to
fifty percent of the license fee may be refunded based on work
completed and expenses incurred to create the website. Business days
are defined as Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Central Standard
Time. Refunds must be requested by sending an email to
refund@xpensetrax.com.
A monthly web hosting and maintenance fee of $24.95 will be charged for
each website. This fee is used to insure that all data is backed up
daily and that the site is secured and monitored by Red Hat Certified
Engineers.
